At Basenji Diaries, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This is because digital content cannot be returned once delivered.
If you experience any issues downloading your purchase, receive the wrong file, or believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Should Basenji Diaries offer physical products in the future, our returns policy will be updated to reflect the applicable return period and process.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Digital Content & Your Right to Cancel
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately after payment.
By accessing or downloading the digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download or access has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
